10:30 am: Welcome

10:45am:

- Saturday: Vineyard walk around HUNAWIHR (discovering biodiversity).

- Sunday: Guided tour of HUNAWIHR, part of the very select circle of "France's most beautiful villages".

- Monday: Guided tour of the fortified church.

12:00: Aperitif and meal at the estate, barbecue available.

Partnerships:

- L'association d'Holzkepf, sale of tartes flambées (€6 each) for aperitif and/or meal and/or dessert, to be specified when booking.

- Au fumé de chez nous, artisan butcher offering a plate of grilled meats at 10€ (1 chop, 1 pair of merguez and 1 white sausage), to be specified when booking. He'll also be offering aperitif planks featuring charcuterie.

In the afternoon: Guided tour to discover our profession as Vigneron and our organic growing methods with a visit to the vineyard and cellar.
