Vignobles en Scène Alsace: Guinguette with island flavours and Alsace aromas

Le domaine Spielmann invites you to a convivial evening where Creole flavors meet the elegance of Alsace wines. The menu, prepared by Dominique, a passionate caterer, has been designed to sublimate each pairing: Creole aperitif, dishes with sunny notes (Colombo Chicken or Shrimps marinated a la plancha) and sweet treats, all accompanied by wines, water and coffee.

On the program:

• 17h00 : Welcome of participants, guided tour of the winery by Sylvie followed by a tasting, including a wine from the oenotheque.

• 7:00 pm: Start of the evening and the Creole aperitif, followed by dinner with music.
