Winery's opening doors

The SPECHT estate is opening its doors for the weekend, offering a variety of demonstrations and guided tours to help you discover the winemakers' craft and know-how.

Saturday, October 4

5pm - 7pm: Welcome, wine tasting and wine-related activities

7pm-9:30pm:

A 5-course food and wine pairing meal with Italian flavors, prepared by Faim de Journée by Sébastien, accompanied by music from guitar-vocal duo Pau M acoustic.

• Bluefin tuna saltimbocca, artichoke tapenade, polenta & Riesling Grasburg
• Beef tartaccio with sun-dried tomatoes and fried basil & Pinot Gris
• Pear, gorgonzola and pine nut risotto & Pinot Gris Pfoeller
• Buffalo Camembert with truffle & Crémant Blanc
• Cannoli pistachio, lime & Riesling Vendanges Tardives
