The SPECHT estate is opening its doors for a weekend, offering a variety of demonstrations and guided tours to help you discover the winemakers’ craft and expertise.

Saturday, October 3: Flavors Dinner

A five-course wine-pairing dinner created by Faim de Journée by Sébastien, accompanied by music from the duo SYMBIOZ

On the menu:

• Dariole of fresh trout and smoked Alsatian trout, horseradish mousse, and sauerkraut salad & Riesling Tradition
• Cappuccino of wild mushrooms & Pinot Gris Tradition
• Fleischnaka with country-style bacon and candied pear & Riesling Grasburg
• Dauphine with a Saint-Nectaire cheese center & Riesling Vendanges Tardives
• Warm pear and walnut financier with chestnut whipped cream & Crémant Emotion

Sunday, October 6

11:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.: New wine and tartes flambées lunch

As we do every year, join us for our traditional new wine and tarte flambée lunch on Sunday, all in a friendly atmosphere with live music.

The meal is complimentary for guests upon presentation of their coupon (received via mail or email invitation). Retail price: adults €15 / children €8

2:30–4:00 p.m.: Cooperage demonstration

Cooper Lionel Berger will visit the estate for a cooperage demonstration and invite you to watch the toasting of a barrel.

A time-honored craft he shares with passion!

4:00 PM–5:30 PM: Closing cocktail reception

The weekend wraps up in a friendly atmosphere with a tasting of our products and our usual wine-themed activities. A final chance to chat and simply enjoy yourselves!
