At the heart of the Alsace wine route, in Ribeauvillé, L'Instant Liebau is a convivial place to share a moment around wine. Located on the family-run Le Clos Liebau estate, this tasting cellar offers organic Alsace wines with no inputs, by the glass or during tastings. On weekends, the experience is extended with a gourmet offer: boards to share and simple products to taste in a warm atmosphere. One weekend a month, enjoy homemade wood-fired tartes flambées. Depending on the season, you can also enjoy a more guinguette atmosphere in the cellar or garden, in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards. An ideal place for a break on the wine trail, with friends, family or after a walk in the region.
