Apéro gourmand -Domaine Sylvie Spielmann

By tasting and visiting the estate, you will be able to put the wine in its proper perspective, to better understand where it comes from and the work of the independent winemaker, in all its complexity and fascination on a biodynamic estate with a unique terroir of gypsum marl. The Domaine Spielmann invites you to share a delightful moment around 7 different food and wine pairings. One of the aims of this event is to engage young people and introduce them to an advised and moderate tasting of good Alsace wines ! This is why it is proposed to take the young generation to discover the wines of the Domaine, through a circuit that will retrace the different stages: from the emergence of the juice from the press, through the maturing in barrels in the cellar, the labelling and packaging and finally, the conservation of the bottles in their personal wine library. Sylvie Spielmann will share her philosophy and aspirations which allow her to give her wines all their brilliance.
